Aggregate supplies

What is aggregate?

In building and construction, aggregate is a term used to describe a material that is creates a hard surface, protects pipe work, fills voids, and provides drainage.

Aggregate describes coarse to medium grained material that includes sand, gravel, crushed stone, slag and recycled concrete. They are often used to mix in with concrete to provide extra strength. In any particular mix of concrete, the aggregate selected is dependent on their strength, durability and the desired finished look.

As the most mined material in the world, there is a big demand for aggregate in both domestic and commercial building and landscaping projects.
